Craft, then by Mitchell and Craft, then by Mitchell alone starting with Whole No. 17 (the entire group here present). Mostly philatelic, with occasional numismatic content, including an article on encased postage stamps in No. 25. Issue No. 20 is a memorial issue for Craft.
