Prices realized list laid in. A few minor scuffs, else fine. The only example we have ever handled of this Deluxe Leatherbound Edition, this was the copy in the Stack's Library. The catalogue won the 1988 Numismatic Literary Guild award for the best auction catalogue of that year.
