First and last pages almost loose; very good or so. Bourne 1880-43. The only issue published. The publishers may have suffered from a lack of focus. While their introductory states that "It will be seen by the most careful observer that the sole object of this paper is namely to further the interests of collectors of stamps," the first article (beginning on the next page) is entirely about coins and takes up nearly half of this issue.
