Bermuda 28.7.1964 P-22 PMG Gem UNC 66 EPQ 10 Pounds
The 10 Pound with portrait of Queen Elizabeth II at right was the highest denomination issued before the Bermuda Dollar was introduced, and it was printed with just one date, 1964. A scarce type in higher grades, this particular example is seen with the last prefix, of which 50,000 (out of 300,000) were reportedly destroyed. The note is fresh, fully original and comes with exceptional eye-appeal, and as demand for high quality type notes continues to increase we expect spirited bidding on this one.
