Gold Proof, S.GE13, FDC in a large NGC 'First Releases' holder and graded PF69 Ultra Cameo, comes with two Royal Mint boxes, one for the unslabbed coin with booklet and certificate number 036, the second for the slabbed coin. The reverse a stunning representation of William Wyon's famed design originally used on the Pattern Crown of 1817. The design based on Antonio Canova's original neoclassical sculpture. Another of Wyon's legendary designs beautifully reproduced on a superb large modern gold coin and fully displaying the skill and expertise of the designer's craft. All the Three Graces design coins were very quickly sold out by the Royal Mint, and with a mintage of only 160 pieces, continues to be an extremely prized issue.
