SASANIAN EMPIRE, Ca. 2nd-3rd. Century AD. Stamp Seal (10.40 gm; 22mm x 11mm). Legend: mgw r(?)d(?) yzd = mgw r'd(?) y'zd : Priest (Mobed) Raad Yazd. Small hole in the center to set on a handle. Some minor chipping and normal wear, otherwise excellent condition. Rare.
