A note from BCD: A partnership that produced four auctions and several fixed price lists but somehow could not continue its activity under the same formula. A wide range of collector type ancient coins were offered during the New York show, and that should have made a difference. Perhaps the estimates were too optimistic for coins the majority of which lacked that extra something that would make them special.
