A note from BCD: Frank is known throughout the ancient coin community as the dealer most likely to discover great rarities. He does that both for himself but also for his faithful customers and he has been the source of some of this writer's more sensational but not necessarily highly priced coins. In a February 1980 list offered here he predicted "prices will double in a year or two"! A daring prophesy that could not take into account the oversupply of the internet years that followed. On the other hand, prices have far more than doubled since that time for the very best coins.
