Elizabeth II, gold proof five hundred pounds, 2021, milled edge variety, from The Great Engravers Series, commemorating the Gothic crown reverse by William Wyon, ELIZABETH II D. G. REG. F. F. 500 POUNDS 2021, head r., wearing tiara, rev. the reverse of the Gothic crown, crowned cruciform shields, emblems in angles, wt. 10oz., (S.GE36 given as 2022 in the Standard Catalogue), with case of issue, with certificate, certified and graded by NGC as Proof 70 Ultra Cameo

Weighing twice as much as the other five hundred pounds issue also created by the Royal Mint. It was originally designated 'piedfort' but as the diameter is different to that of the 'standard' thickness example, the Standard Catalogue suggests that the terming is incorrect. Nevertheless, the coin is 10oz. of gold.
