Charles II, Guinea, 1682, Elephant and Castle, fourth bust right, elephant and castle below, rev. crowned cruciform shields, sceptres in angles, six strings to harp, obliquely milled edge, 6h, 8.33g (EGC 87-[R2]; Bull 279; Farey 235; Spink 3345), hairline across face and tooled in field to the right of bust, nevertheless with hints of lustre to legends and a slightly reddish tone to the obverse, very fine and very rare.
