Anne (1702-1714), 'Post Union' Shilling, 1708, third bust left, rev. crowned cruciform shields, roses and plumes in angles, six strings to harp, obliquely milled edge, 6h, 5.97g (ESC 1149-[R2]; Bull 1401; Spink 3614), slight metal flaw to milling on obverse edge at 1 o'clock, otherwise darkly toned and lustrous, very fine and very rare.
