George II (1727-1760), Sixpence, 1746 LIMA, old head left, rev. crowned cruciform shields, plain in angles, six strings to harp, obliquely milled edge, 6h, 2.99g (ESC 1618; Bull 1757; Spink 3710A), the obverse wiped and with a hairline die flaw though field at 11 o'clock, otherwise the reverse with an attractive lustre and lightly toned, near extremely fine.
