St George and dragon within the Garter, lettered edge upwards, 5h, 28.23g (ESC 219; Bull 2016; Spink 3787), the 2 in date struck over a 1, the obverse richly toned, the reverse toned in more muted grey tones, with a pleasing mint state lustre, practically as struck, a choice example.
