SELEUKID KINGS of SYRIA. Alexander I Balas. 152-145 BC. Serrate Æ (21mm, 7.57 g, 1h). Antioch on the Orontes mint. Diademed head of Alexander I right / Athena standing left, holding Nike and grounded shield, spear leaning against arm; monograms to inner left and in exergue. SC 1793.1; HGC 9, 900. VF, dark brown patina with faint earthen highlights, a few light cleaning scratches.
