Watch List notes:

LYDIA, Sardis. Gordian III. AD 238-244. Æ (26mm, 7.16 g, 6h). Ermophilos, magistrate. Radiate and cuirassed bust left, holding spear and shield / Sanctuary of Aphrodite at Paphos. RPC VII 235; Johnston, Sardis 311. Fine, brown surfaces with some red and green, rubbed on high points, light porosity. Very rare, only three specimens recorded in RPC.
