Gold ring with garnet stone. Roman, 2nd–4th centuries AD. Simple gold band with bezel mounted. Gold beadwork in four corners. Garnet that has been cut with four faces set in bezel. Ring size: British D, US 2. Stone not original to piece, probably late medieval. Ring is bent but intact.
