KM# 376.2 (D&P-Do01 VAR) HO-N1/L2 – 8 Reales 1824 Do RL. XF+ Variedad de serpiente sumisa y libertad grande en gorro, completa prácticamente en su totalidad, perteneciente al subtipo denominado como "Even Ray", (rayos iguales o parejos), teniendo como característica rayos en la en la parte inferior del gorro de grosor y largo casi idéntico que aumentan a medida se acercan a los extremos de la leyenda, al final de esta y en partes superiores comienzan a ser ligeramente más grandes y se intercalan en tamaño. Un ejemplar distintivo, cuños de anverso y reverso catalogados en la obra "HOOKNECK, El Águila de Perfil" respectivamente como "N1" y "L2"; el primero identificable por tener la cabeza del águila orientada hacia el interior de la pieza, y a la altura del fruto del laurel izquierdo, por reverso presenta rayos bastante uniformes y un gorro ligeramente por debajo del área central dejando casi un nulo espaciado entre la leyenda y rayos, todo dentro de un borde de línea a compas de menor diámetro dando la apariencia de ser más pequeño y compacto, esto además por el efecto que proporciona su grafila completa y bien definida, uniforme pátina oscura con ligeros destellos de tonos rojos en bordes del diseño, dos piquetitos en canto a las 9:00 y 9:30 por anverso y rayoncitos ambos lados, cabe mencionar que esta combinación fue catalogada por Hubbard & O'Harrow sin haber tenido registro de venta de algún ejemplar, sin duda alguna de relevancia para aquellos especialistas de la serie básicamente por su rareza y atractivo visual

Variety of submissive snake and large Libertad in cap, complete practically in its entirety, belonging to the subtype denominated as "Even Ray", (equal or even rays), having as characteristic rays in the in the lower part of the cap of almost identical thickness and length that increase as they approach the ends of the legend, at the end of this and in upper parts they begin to be slightly larger and are interspersed in size. A distinctive specimen, obverse and reverse dies catalogued in the work "HOOKNECK" refered as "N1" and "L2"; the first identifiable by having the eagle's head oriented towards the interior of the piece, and at the height of the fruit of the left laurel, on the reverse it presents fairly uniform rays and a cap slightly below the central area leaving almost no spacing between the legend and rays, all within a line border to compasses of smaller diameter giving the appearance of being smaller and compact, this in addition to the effect that provides its complete and well defined graphite, uniform dark toning with slight flashes of red tones in edges of the design, two small dings in edge at 9:00 and 9:30 on obverse and scratches on both sides, it is worth mentioning that this combination was catalogued by Hubbard & O'Harrow without having had any record of sale of any specimen, undoubtedly of relevance for those specialists of the series basically because of its rarity and visual appeal.
