Last date of issue, adjustment marks on obverse, slight weakness on the cap, remains of sediment on surface and some dark areas on peripheries attributable to a burial origin, however, well preserved and free of damage surface that are reflected in its grade, this being the highest in the PCGS census, which it shares only with a second specimen.
