Julia Domna. Augusta, AD 193-217. AR Denarius (17.5mm, 3.51 g, 5h). 'Old style'. Laodicea ad Mare mint. Struck under Septimius Severus, circa AD 193-196. Draped bust right / Venus standing left, holding apple and long scepter. RIC IV 630 (Septimius); RSC 188a. Lightly toned, porosity, minor deposits and light scratch on reverse. Good VF.
