Diva Faustina Senior. Died AD 140/1. AR Denarius (19.5mm, 3.11 g, 12h). Rome mint. Struck under Antoninus Pius, circa AD 146-161. Draped bust right, wearing pearls bound on top of her head / Ceres standing left, holding long torch and grain ears. RIC III 360 note; RSC 78b. Attractive iridescent tone, underlying luster. EF.
