Maximianus. Second reign, AD 307-308. Æ Follis (25mm, 6.94 g, 6h). Londinium (London) mint. Struck circa November-December AD 307. Laureate and cuirassed bust right / Mars standing right, holding spear in right hand and resting left on shield; –|–//PLN. RIC VI –; C&T 5.03.011 (this coin cited and illustrated). Brown patina. VF. Very rare.

From Lee Toone: "A very rare reverse type for this period. The series of which this coin type is a part was only struck for a month or so at the end of 307 just before Constantine I became Augustus and is thought to celebrate the alliance between Maximian and Constantine."
