St. George and dragon right, date in exergue, B.P. to upper right of exergue, weight 7.99g (DISH L3; Marsh 125A R5; S.3866D). Amongst the rarest of the 1887 London Sovereign varieties, in exemplary preservation, graded by NGC as MS62.
