Britannia seated right on rocks with shield and trident, intertwined rose shamrock and thistle below, Latin legend and toothed border surrounding, BRITANNIAR: REG: FID: DEF:, edge plain (Peck 1480, 1500; S.3948). The first graded by NGC as MS62 BN, the second graded as UNC Details – Damaged due to flattening of highpoints, although this appears to be due to the coin being struck on a thin planchet. (2)

NGC Certifications 6670776-007/008.

Latin legend on the obverse translates as "Victoria by the Grace of God", and on the reverse as "Queen of the Britons, Defender of the Faith".
