Lucania, Herakleia, silver Nomos, c. 390-340 BC, head of Athena right, wearing Attic helmet decorated with Skylla hurling stone, X behind neck, rev. Herakles strangling the Nemean lion, kantharos to left, 7.55g, 4h (Van Keuren 46; HN Italy 1376). Lightly toned, good fine.
