Conjoined busts of Ptolemy II and Arsinöe II right; Ptolemy is diademed and draped, Arsinöe is diademed and veiled; AΔEΛΦΩN above, shield to left / Conjoined busts of Ptolemy I and Berenike I; Ptolemy is diademed and draped, Berenike is diademed and veiled; ΘEΩN above. Svoronos 603; SNG Copenhagen 132; Noeske 37; Boston MFA 2274; Dewing 2752; Kraay & Hirmer 801. EF, underlying luster, small die break and tiny graffito on obverse. Superior to the many pieces that have been offered in recent years.
