Overstuck on a penny of James Hilles (Dublin, 1813= Withers 1815-17), depicting two men working at a rolling mill, the wheel of which can just be seen in front of Britannia's face, and a sprig of shamrock on the rv., which is also faintly visible by Wellington's nose. 33,0 mm. .
