Lovely pendant of an ancient Roman Republic Denarius in a 18K yellow gold bezel with three accent diamonds on the bail. The head of Apollo is facing right and it is a very clean, high relief strike. On reverse is cupid riding a goat inside a wreath. Coin would be graded extremely fine.
