[B]AΣIΛE[ΩΣ]/AΛEΞANΔPO[Y] / ΘEOΠATOPOΣ/EYEPΓETOY, Zeus enthroned left, holding Nike, who crowns him, and a sceptre, a cornucopiae and retrograde Σ on left, date ΓΞP in exergue (Houghton 175 var (sigma not retrograde); cf Newell, SMA 135).Some very light marks in the reverse field, attractive cabinet tone, about extremely fine. A rare variety.
