AVT K M AVPH ANTΩNEINOC, laureate and draped bust left, holding spear and shield decorated with Medusa head / OVΛΠIAC ΠAVTAΛIAC, Caracalla standing left, holding volumen and clasping right hands with Plautilla standing right. Ruzicka –; SNG Copenhagen –; Varbanov 5039 var. (bust). Dark green patina, minor pitting and smoothing in fields. Good VF. Extremely rare, unpublished in the standard references.
