IMP IVL PHILIPPVS PIVS FEL AVG/ P M below bust, radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / PAX FVND ATA CUM PERSIS, Pax standing left, holding olive branch and transverse scepter. RIC IV 72; Bland 1; RSC 114. In NGC encapsulation 6057812-049, graded Ch AU, Strike: 5/5, Surface: 3/5.

This obverse adds P M (Persicus Maximus) or the Greatest of Persian conquerors. The reverse celebrates the Peace with Persia. Dr. Roger Bland knew of 16 examples when he comprised his list for Philip I and Family.
