KINGS of MACEDON. temp. Alexander III – Seleukos I. Circa 324/3-300 BC. Æ (19.5mm, 6.01 g, 9h). In the name and types of Alexander III. Uncertain eastern mint (on Cyprus?). Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / [ΑΛΕΞ]ΑΝΔΡΟY, club above bow-in-bowcase; ankh above. Unpublished. Rough dark brown surfaces, corrosion and encrustation on obverse, a little off center on reverse. Near Fine. Extremely rare.
