Obverse, Shapur's bust turning right with standard crown, full strike with text, reverse, fire altar with attendants, Faravahar symbol on the fire altar base, letters "MRWN" for city of "Marw" above the flames. Extremely rare with mint mark which is mostly seen on silver drachms of the reign. Extremely rare with mint abbreviation. Excellent portrait. Choice EF. Original patina.
