Provincial Bank of Chihli, 10 coppers, Tientsin, Year 10(1921), serial number 0820688, (Pick S1269), PMG 58EPQ Choice About Uncirculated. One of only three notes in the PMG Population Report and this superb example is both the single highest graded note and the only one with an EPQ status. The other two notes graded PMG 8 and 53! An excellent offering and fabulous condition for this scarce series.
