Obv: Facing busts of Constans II, helmeted with long beard and mustache, on left, and Constantine VI, shorter and beardless, on right. Rx: Cross potent flanked by two palm branches. MIB 141. Ceremonial miliarenses can be identified by the palm branches on either side of the cross on the reverse. They are all extremely rare. VF
