A true premium quality Queen Elizabeth II type note and a denomination that is not generally available anymore. Circled M on front indicates that this was originally printed for and issued in Montserrat, the small Caribbean British Overseas Territory that was devastated by its volcano between 1995, causing much of the population to move. This was at the time of issue the highest denomination, and it remains so to this day, although this type has not been seen in circulation for many years. We offered a small collection of these last year, but this variety was missing, and most of this variety appear to be strongly held by dedicated collectors. A rare opportunity for the specialist, not to be missed.
