The second denomination of the first series of the Bank Melli Iran in specimen format, this unusual uncut pair is the first we have offered as such. Typically these have been cut up into single notes in order to maximize profit, and uncut pairs (or larger) of these specimen issues are seldom offered today. A single fold that barely goes into the design (probably the result of improper storage in the archives) is all that limits the grade, but the eye-appeal is excellent.
