First variety with signatures in German & Farsi. Very scarce uncut pair of the specimen issue of the 10 Rials first issued in 1933. Very seldom offered as an uncut pair, as most have been cut up over the years to be sold individually. Strong embossing and originality are noted. Some minor handling accounts for the grade, but it is mostly limited to the margins.
