Equestrian portrait of Elizabeth II on a horse within a garter; · ELIZABETH II · D · G · REG · F · D · 5 POUNDS ·2022 / Ornate draped crowned Shield of the Royal Arms of the United Kingdom with dates "· 1952 2022 ·" below. The drapery is inspired by the royal mantle, or robe, worn by Her Majesty at her coronation in 1953. Royal Order of the Garter, inscribed with the royal motto "HONI · SOIT · QUI · MAL · Y · PENSE · ". Both designs by John Bergdahl. Edge plain with "SERVE YOU ALL THE DAYS OF MY LIFE" inscribed.
A special variety which was only available in the Platinum commemorative set sold to Royal Mint VIP customers. The obverse in particular displays the Jody Clark portrait rather than the Queen on horseback.
In secure plastic holder, graded NGC PF 69 ULTRA CAMEO, certification number 2885720-001.
