A diverse group of various Chinese private issue notes from late Ching Dynasty to Republic Era. Denominations includes Cents, Chuan, Dollar, Fen and Tiao. Condition ranges from Fine to About Uncirculated. The notes were issued for the use of following the provinces: Anhwei, Beijing, Fukien, Hopei, Hunan, Hupeh, Inner Mongolia, Kiangsi, Kirin, Kwangsi, Shanghai, Shansi, Shantung, Suiyuan, Szechuan and Yunnan. One of the Shensi note was printed with lead movable type printing. Most of the notes are issued by private banks with some of them issued by local Chamber of Commerce and businesses such as oil mill. Issues are found on some of the notes such as tears, splits, staining, spindle holes, pinholes, holes and toning. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS.
