Hartill-22.937. Weight: 44.97 gms. Obverse: "Xian Feng Yuan Bao"; Reverse: "Dang Bai". This decently preserved example displays a pleasing mottled brassy patina with minor earthen deposits amongst the devices. The high points are relatively smooth with only trivial marks or abrasions, hardly a distraction on this attractive high denomination issue. Much of the naturally rough surface texture remains intact with signs of handling in the exposed areas. This handsome survivor offers good eye appeal and is sure to be a welcome addition to the next collection it enters.
