Hartill-23.3. Weight: 28.9 gms. Variety with the bottom of Sheng written with a long middle stroke. Obverse: "Tian Guo" (The Heavenly Kingdom); Reverse: "Sheng Bao" (Sacred currency). This moderately worn and original looking example exhibits nicely formed characters and displays an attractive brassy patina on the high points with richer coloration in the fields. Minor earthen deposits amongst the devices and fields add to its pleasing appearance and eye appeal.
