BMC-Class XL. Weight: 342.8 gms. "Fu Yuan Zu Yin" (Fuyuan fine silver). The characters are evenly applied and clear on the moderately handled ingot displaying attractive rich medium gray tone with minor earthen deposits amongst the devices. Close inspection of the obverse reveals numerous small peck marks adding a bit a character to the utilitarian nature of this type. Despite its shortcomings a handsome and presentable example of issue that is sure to be a welcome addition to the next collection it enters.
