BMC-Class LXVI. Weight: 168.37 gms. "Qing Sheng She Ji San Yue Wen Yin" (Qingshengshe Bank, 3rd Month fine silver); "Gong Gu Shang Kan Qi" (checked by public assayer Shang). The outer stamps are deeply impressed with bold well-formed characters, while the central stamp displays a bit of characteristic weakness that somewhat obscures small portions of a couple of the upper characters. The added assay stamp is slightly off center with the left portions of the characters over the edge. This charming example displays rich mottled patina with minor earthen deposits in the crevasses adding to it originality and pleasing appearance.
