The central and outer stamps are deeply impressed with bold well-formed characters, though the central stamp does have a small natural void that somewhat obscures a couple of the characters. The assay stamps are well applied with most of the characters clear and easily read. This richly toned example is pleasing to the eye with plenty of original luster in the outer stamps and minor earthen deposits amongst the devices adding to its pleasing appearance.
