Obverse: "Gia Long Nien Tao" (Made in the era of Gia Long); Reverse: "Tinh Ngan Nhat Lang" (one Lang of silver); Left side: "Trung Binh Hieu" (name of scales); Right side: "Tri Tien Nhi Quan Bat Mach". This nicely preserved and attractive example boasts strongly applied inscriptions stamps on all sides, though the side stamps are slightly cockeyed, displaying a medium gray coloration with richer patina on the high points.
