An interesting and diverse offering of early to late date Republican crowns (8 Reales and Pesos) from Chihuahua, Culiacan, Guanajuato, Mexico City, Potosi and Zacatecas mints. Also included are five contemporary counterfeit 8 Reales, a couple of decent quality, and a cap and ray 50 centavos. All are toned to varying degrees from a thin layer to rich old patina, some are attractive looking. All are of varying degrees of preservation from heavily circulated to lightly handled. Some have been cleaned, tooled, have environmental damage, holed and/or may have other defects. Close personal inspection is advised and will reward the diligent bidder. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS.
