SPANISH COLONIAL. Mixed Date and Mint Bust 8 Reales (14 Pieces), 1785-1821. Grades POOR to EXTREMELY FINE Details.
This diverse offering includes issues from Charles III, Charles IV and Ferdinand VII mostly from the Mexico City Mint, but does include issues from Zacatecas and Potosi, Bolivia. Pieces of note included are a 1790-MoFM Transitional Bust with ordinal IIII, a one year type, as well as an 1821-ZsRG. All have varying degrees of wear and patina, several are attractive. Most have been cleaned, chopmarked, environmental damage and/or may have other defects. Close personal inspection is advised and will reward the diligent bidder. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS. Approximate retail value in excess of $700.
