CHINA. Tibet. Mixed Date and Denomination Srang Issues (14 Pieces), 1937-52. Grades VERY FINE to CHOICE EXTREMELY FINE.
This interesting gathering consists primarily of 10 Srang issues, but also includes a 3 Srang and two 1-1/2 Srang pieces. Each exhibits varying degrees of wear and patina with a few that are attractive. Most display evidence of a past cleaning, environmental damage, encrustation and/or may have other defects close personal inspection is advised and will reward the diligent bidder. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS. Approximate retail value in excess of $800. A nice wholesome group great for the beginner to intermediate collector looking to expand their knowledge and appreciation of the series.
