CHINA. Tibet. Mixed Date, Mint and Denomination Sho Issues (80 Pieces), 1918-52. Grades FINE to ALMOST UNCIRCULATED.
This interesting gathering, all attributed, is primarily made up of a study group of 1 Sho issues (63 pieces) consisting of pieces from the Dode, Mekyi and Trabshi Mints. There is some date duplication, though they all appear to be different die varieties. Also included are several 3 Sho (3 Pieces) and 5 Sho (14 Pieces) issues. All exhibit varying degrees of wear and patina, some are quite attractive and wholesome looking. Many have minor earthen deposits, encrustation, cleaned, environmental damage and/or may have other defects. Close personal inspection is advised and will reward the diligent bidder.
