Grand Cross Badge, special division with "jewels": bust of Simon Bolivar in gold on white enameled base and a red enameled field above, with golden inscription "REPUBLICA DEL PERU" and below, a further red enameled field with golden inscription "AYACUCHO 1824", the sides, with golden laurel branches on white enamel, sided by polished gold sectors, the upper part, with beams set with brilliants, sided by golden flags and standards, set with brilliants and rubies, polished reverse with pin, in the original, large lacquer case of issue, with blue velvet, fitted inner compartment. An exceptionally rare piece, of the type awarded to heads of state and highest military personalities, excellent condition.
